RONALD KINGSTON BAKER 1945 - 2009 Ronald Kingston Baker, "Ron", died peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2009 at the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Memorial Hospice Home at the age 64, after a brave and stoic battle with esophageal cancer.
