VBMWR Summer Barbecue

Adrian Piebenga and Kathy Turner have once again volunteered their home for the VBMWR Summer Barbecue.  This will take place on Saturday, July 14th, from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM.    The cost of the barbecue is covered by the club funds for members and their families.  Food and non-adult beverages will be supplied.  If you feel the need for an adult beverage, you are welcome to bring your own.  

Terry Wetmore has graciously volunteered to spearhead the food committee so if you plan to attend, please RSVP to Terry by phone at (289) 242-5940 or by email at Slowpoke1948@gmail.com before Tuesday, July 10th at 9PM.  We need to get the numbers to our suppliers so we can ensure we have the right amount of food on hand.  Let Terry know how many are coming with your group and if you have any special dietary needs.  (ie: vegetarian)  

Adrian and Kathy have a great 2 acre property in the North Glenmore area of Kelowna with lots of trees and shade.  They have plenty of room in out-of-towners wish to put up a tent or bring a small trailer for Saturday Night.
