Winter Breakout / Potluck Lunch / AGM

Our Winter Break-Out Potluck Lunch will once again be held at the Holiday Park Resort in Winfield. We'll be in the Okanagan Room which is upstairs in the Sweetlife Community Center.  Directions are in the venue section.  

Doors will open at 12:00 Noon and we'll plan to eat around 12:30 PM.  Please bring an appetizer, salad, main course or dessert to share with your fellow VBMWR members.  If you're planning to attend and you know what you're going to bring, please send a brief message to Judy at This email address is being protected from spambots. In conjunction with our Potluck Lunch we'll also be holding our Annual General Meeting.  For those who haven't been before, our AGM is usually mercifully short.  Your executive gives a brief report on the past year, upcoming events and our financial position.  Once again, we're open to someone staging a coup (hopefully bloodless) and taking over the management of this fine organization.  If you're interested in getting more involved with the club and wish to find out more about what it takes, please give me a call or drop me a line at This email address is being protected from spambots. At this event we also hold a very informal swap and shop of motorcycle related items such as clothing, riding and camping gear.  If you have some things you are no longer using and would like to see it re-purposed by a fellow member, bring it along, and we'll have a couple of tables set up.  Just put a tag on the items with your name and an asking price.
