We have booked the Kaslo Municipal Campground for our the weekend of August 11 to 14 for our Kaslo Camp-N-Ride. For those who haven't been to our Kaslo Camp before, we reserve a large grassy and treed area near the Lake which is great for camping. This gives us access to the washrooms and showers in the campground without having to camp right beside all the RV's. There are no facilities for fire pits but normally in August we are faced with a campfire ban anyway. Propane fireplaces are normally allowed.
It's a short walk into town where there is a wide variety of food options. We are also situated in the middle of some of the best motorcycle roads in BC if not in Canada.
We have confirmed that price for group camping is $10 per person per night. We are booked from Thursday to Sunday and we are also trying to confirm if we're OK for people to stay over Sunday night as well if they want to.
Make sure you bring your coffee mug as we'll have a coffee urn on each morning. You may also want to bring some breakfast snacks as we usually share snacks on Saturday morning. We're looking forward to a great turnout.

GETTING HERE
Entering Kaslo from Nelson, turn right at the four way stoplight at A Avenue. Entering Kaslo from New Denver, turn right at the first stoplight on A Avenue, and continue straight through the four way stop at the A Avenue and 4th Street intersection. Located at the foot of A Avenue, on the shores of Kootenay Lake and conveniently located beside Vimy Park, a picnic area and shelter, and our childrens’ playground. An easy stroll to the S.S. Moyie National Historic Site and our bustling downtown core. Serviced and unserviced sites, free Wi-Fi, hot showers, open Spring through Fall as long as good weather permits, sani-dump facilities available adjacent to the campground.
