Those familiar with the MOA rallys know that it follows a rotation through three regions West, Central and East - or at least it did.

According to the rotation the 2025 rally should be in the central region but for reasons not yet explained the MOA has decided to go to the east and return to the site of the 2019 rally in Lebanon TN.
