Tomorrow (Friday) looks to be another great day for a ride.  We plan to meet at Armstrong at The Village Cheese at noon. We’ll ride some backroads south to Coldstream then more backroads out to Cherryville. If conditions permit we may go up to Sugar Lake. 

A late lunch or early supper will occur on the return ride. If you’re interested in joining us let us know. A reply on the forum will get to us.

We had a great ride on Friday.  Emery and Rob met Heather and I in Armstrong.  We rode some side roads on the east side of Vernon to Hwy 6 and met John and Diane in Lumby.  In spite of a few brief sprinkles it was a great day for a ride.  From Lumby we rode out to Mable Lake Provincial Park. 

 

After a brief rest break we headed back to Hwy 6 via Rawlings Lake Rd, then east to Cherryville where we did a loop past the Cherryville Emporium.  Returning on Hwy 6 we were surprised to see the OPEN sign on the Cherryville Roadhouse.  They normally close at 3 but were staying open for the Hockey game.  They were able to seat us and we enjoyed some great burgers.  

 

We returned as a group to Lumby then spit up for the ride home.  Thanks to everyone for a great day.
